Returns

Because we're a small independent band, we generally cannot accept returns for items unless they arrive damaged or there was an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right by replacing the item or issuing a refund if a replacement isn't available.

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy periods like album releases or pre-orders, shipping may take a little longer.

Pre-Orders

If this is a pre-order, your record will ship around the estimated release/shipping date listed on the product page. We'll send a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
